Once per year, every Region in STARFLEET hosts their own individual Summit, at various locations of their choosing.  This past weekend, Region 3 held their Annual Summit in Hammond, Louisiana, where members from all over Texas and Louisiana traveled to come together and celebrate the Region’s accomplishments over the past year.

During this event, the following members of the U.S.S. Navras and the 300th MSG were awarded various commendations and citations at a regional level for the hard work that they have contributed throughout 2011:

• Sarah Van der Veken - Awarded the Region 3 Commendation
• Stephanie Naboshek - Awarded the Region 3 Commendation
• Vincent Silmon - Awarded the Region 3 Commendation
• Heather Glenn – Awarded the Scholastic Achievement Award
• Megan Martin – Awarded the Scholastic Achievement Award
• Michael Tolleson – Awarded the Iron Star
• Cody Glenn – Awarded the Crystal Star

• Michael Tolleson – Awarded Officer of the Year for Region 3
• Brooke Pier – Awarded Junior Member of the Year for Region 3

And yet, the awards do not end there… the Third Brigade of the STARFLEET Marine Corps issued the following awards and citations to members of the Marine Unit assigned to the U.S.S. Navras, the 300 MSG:
